Guys i need help

So many people its stoling movies, they put them in youtube and says that they are the owners!!!
I am trying to make a group to stop this, the only thing that you most do is watch some videos in youtube and try to know if its the real owner or not, if its not the owner report him! Someone most stop this!!!
(Note: if you know about a kevinperez2007 report him cuz he is a thief of videos)
